Reading Your Litbuy QC Photos
Your item is sitting in a warehouse in China and you have not paid for international shipping yet. That makes the QC photos the cheapest point at which to catch a problem.
Start with the obvious
Before looking at any detail, confirm you got what you ordered: the model, the colour and the size on the tag. Mix-ups are more common than bad quality and are the simplest to fix.
Measurements
If the photos include a tape measure, compare it with both the listing's chart and a piece of your own clothing laid flat. A measurement tells you more than a size letter does.
Shoes
View the pair from the side and from behind. Check whether the two shoes match each other, how the toe is shaped and whether the logos sit level. Glue marks are common and often minor; a crooked sole is not.
Clothing and bags
On clothes, zoom in on prints, embroidery, collars and cuffs. On bags, look at corners, stitching and metal parts. Open a retail photo beside the QC photo and compare one angle at a time.
Decide, and do it quickly
If it passes, keep it in storage until your parcel is ready. If it does not, message Litbuy about an exchange or refund. Storage and return windows are limited, so check the current terms on its site and do not leave the decision for weeks.
