How to Order From a Litbuy Spreadsheet

An order goes through two payments: first the item and its delivery to Litbuy's warehouse in China, then, once you have seen the photos, international shipping for the whole parcel. Allow two to four weeks from the first click to the delivery at your door.

1. Create your Litbuy account.

Do this before the first order, since the sign-up coupon applies to shipping you have not paid yet. If you prefer another agent, pick it at the top of the page.

When we last checked, Litbuy advertised a 40% shipping coupon for new accounts. Read the current terms on its site, as offers change.

2. Open an item.

Pick something from the spreadsheet and press the Litbuy button. You land on the same Weidian listing, where you select the size and colour.

Look at the size chart on that page. Chinese sizing tends to run small, so compare it with clothes you own.

3. Pay for the first part.

This covers the item and the seller's delivery to the warehouse, typically a small amount in yuan.

Nothing is charged for international shipping at this stage; that price depends on the final weight.

4. Review the warehouse photos.

When the seller's parcel arrives, Litbuy photographs your item. Compare it with pictures of the retail version.

This is the moment to ask for an exchange or a refund. After the parcel has left China there is usually no way back.

5. Build your parcel.

Choose the items to send together and compare shipping lines in the Litbuy calculator.

Lines vary in price, speed and what they accept. Removing shoe boxes can lower the weight considerably.

6. Follow the tracking.

A tracking number appears after handover to the carrier. Expect one to three weeks in transit, depending on the line and your country.
